~~ROAD TRIP 2010~~

We left Lebanon about 11:00 am, heading west. Stopped in Oklahoma City for a fabulous German dinner around 4 at a restaurant we saw featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-In's and Dives. Then, we got back on the road and when we got to Weatherford, OK, we saw all these "windmills" I know there is a more technical name for them, but they look like fancy windmills to me. There were literally hundreds of them. They are kind of hard to see in the 3rd picture, but they are there!

Then, a little further down the road, I thought the sunset was just beautiful, so snapped a shot of it. We made it to Shamrock, Tx about 7:30 or so, and got a room at the Best Western here. Tomorrow, we head for Albuquerque, NM where we will bum around in the afternoon and spend the night before driving on to the Grand Canyon on Monday, where we have reservations for 3 nights at a hotel there.
